Venues (pubs/clubs) and Charities please contact us directly.
Because we tailor what we do to fit the client, occasion and venue, we can't give a ball park figure of the overall cost. The price of an evenings entertainment will depend on,
- Venue Location. (How far do we need to travel? is parking secure, can we load and unload our equipment close to where we are playing? do we need to carry it up stairs?)
- Is there a sufficient power supply? (we have generators if not)
- How big is the venue? (do we need to bring extra speakers and amplifiers, lighting or atmospherics?)
- How long do you need us to play for?
- Do we need to set up hours before we play?
- What time do you want us to play until?
- When the band finishes playing, will we be able to clear our equipment away or do we need to wait until guests leave?
- Equipment. (do you just want the band? or do you want a full light show, disco before and after the band play, DJ, Mood lighting, Smoke machines, bubble machines
Disco
The following Disco prices are a guide only and are based on;
- 5 hours of "Up" time*
- Within 10 miles of Witney (Travel Time and Expenses)
- Secure parking at the venue
- Safe and level access for loading and setting up. (stairs, narrow doors etc)
- Providing 1200W sound System (bigger venues require more)
- Medium lighting Rig (enough for most small/medium venues)
Friday/Saturday 7pm-midnight £350.00, Extra time £50p/h.
If booking the band, Disco will be available at a discounted rate., please Contact us for a more detailed quote.
* "up" time is the time scale required between setting up and taking down equipment i.e once we are set up and ready to go to when we start to pack up. If you require us to set up and sound check the band or disco in the morning in order to perform in the evening this will incur an extra charge. Up time of 5 hours relates to disco and Disco+ Band. For situations where only the band are required, please ask.
